	Computer Guidelines For Submitting Electronic Art Files Please submit all files in Adobe Illustrator or FreeHand. Convert all text to outlines (Paths FreeHand). If this is not possible please send along the fonts used in the file. Artwork can be sent by e-mail to artwear@tds.net, or copy to a zip disk, CD, or portable USB disk. Please include a hard copy of the art work for reference. Send to: Artwear Apparel Graphics Inc. 701 Walbridge Kalamazoo, Mi. 49007. Many other file formats may also work, some of which are listed below. jpg, pdf, tiff, eps, gif Please note that following these instructions does not guarantee the artwork will output. Always include a hard copy of the artwork for reference.

Art Charge Schedule

Effective March 1 2006

Any "camera ready" art submitted with an order will have a standard 25.00 screen charge for a one color print (add 12.00 for each additional color). (electronic art should be a minimum of 300 dpi @ 100% or a vector art file) Most of the images on the web are only 72 dpi, and are usually very small in size.

Any simple typeset designs (Text only) will have a standard 25.00 screen charge for a one color print (add 12.00 for each additional color).

Any art submitted electronically in vector format (Illustrator or FreeHand) will have a standard 25.00 screen charge for a one color print (add 12.00 for each additional color). This charge will include any minor changes or revisions made to the art file.

Any major type setting (Graduation designs, lots of names etc..) and "sponsor" Designs ( Lots of logos) will have a 35.00 screen charge for a one color print (add 12.00 for each additional color).
